  • From the menu at the top, click "Accounts" then "Download banking transactions".
  • Select the account and the date range for which you would like to download transactions.
  • Choose the "Quicken Software. Uses Web Connect" option for the file format.
  • Click "Download transactions". You will see an import dialog.
  • Select "Open with" and confirm the application is Quicken.
  • Click OK.
  • If this is the first time you have downloaded transactions and you have no account in Quicken click Create a new account and enter a nickname for that account. If you have accounts already set up in Quicken, click Link an Existing Account account in the account list.
  • Click Import.
  • Click OK to confirm and finish. "One Step Update Complete" will display when finished.
